THE ORIGIN OF THE PROJECT
- DESIGNER'S INSPIRATIONS
The unique design of the WILLOW radiator was inspired by the braided characteristic of hand-woven wicker products.
WILLOW combines craftsmanship with the precision of modern production. Its form integrates two seemingly distant worlds.
"The first world is the workplace of craftsmen who create unique items from natural materials - this is where the inspiration for a wicker basket comes from. The second is the world of modern technologies that give unprecedented opportunities to work with the material. The idea to bend not only natural wicker, but also a hollow steel tube through which water will flow comes from this world." - says Dariusz Berus, designer of the Willow radiator.
The idea of integrating two distant worlds became a challenge for its creator to develop a unique technology of connecting tubes in a radiator. Tangled tubes are not only a decorative element, but also increase the surface of the radiator, thanks to which Willow's thermal efficiency is high in relation to its dimensions.

The expansions made to the Tema manufacturing plant which has been ongoing since 2018, allowed us to include the new WILLOW radiator in this year's spring offer of unique designs.
CONFIGURATION
OF willow RADIATOR
The WILLOW radiator is available in a central heating (hydronic) version. Due to the design of the radiator, it is not possible to install an electric heating element.
The WILLOW model is available in three heights: 1300 mm, 1600 mm, 1900 mm. Four widths are available for each height, from very narrow to wide: 218 mm, 368 mm, 518 mm, 668 mm.
The available connections are the bottom end (SX) and the bottom middle with a spacing of 50 mm, with a specific flow and return direction (ZX).
If you choose the ZX connection, you should pay attention to matching the valve both to the system of connections in the central heating system and flow and eturn direction of the WILLOW radiator.
From the offer of Terma valves, the following will be suitable:
1. TWINS ALL IN ONE angled thermostatic set, right version - thermostatic head on the right side (product code: TGETTWINP, configuration depending on the selected colour of the set);
2. Angled integrated thermostatic set, right version - thermostatic head on the left, manufacturer: Carlo Poletti (product code: WRZT5G2-CR).

WILLOW is available in all Terma special colors and in standard RAL colors in standard (silk), matt and soft finishes.
Premium wet paint finishes and galvanised finished are not available.
