EcoDesign Directive – read Terma's official position

Sustainability, environmental responsibility, and transparency are the pillars on which we base our actions. In light of the upcoming implementation of Commission Regulation (EU) 2024/1103 – commonly referred to as the “EcoDirective” – we have prepared a detailed position outlining the impact of the new requirements on our heating product segment. The new regulations, effective from July 1, 2025, aim to further reduce energy consumption and promote efficient technological solutions.

As a manufacturer of heating elements, controllers, and electric radiators, we approach these changes with full commitment, ensuring our customers receive clear information, regulatory compliance, and support throughout the transition period. In our statement, we explain which products meet the new requirements and which will require additional solutions, such as external controllers.
