To make sure your claim is complete, please include the following information:

A photo of the nameplate located on the back of the radiator being claimed (with ZP... or PRD... number) / In case of heating elements - a photo of the sticker on the back of the heating element casing.

At least three photos of the installed radiator taken from a distance, showing its position relative to main water sources, such as: bathtub, sink, shower cabin, toilet, etc.

A photo/scan of the proof of purchase

Photos showing the defect
In cases of transport/mechanical damage, the following will also be required:
- Photos of all sides of the cardboard box in which the claimed radiator was delivered
- Photos of all labels on the cardboard box in which the claimed radiator was delivered
- A copy of the damage report made with the courier
FAQ
Yes, some of the valve sets from our offer are available in a wide range of colours, identical to the radiators.
Valve sets of the Polish brand Varioterm are available immediately from stock in the following colours:
- white (RAL 9016)
- soft white (SOFT 9016)
- black (RAL 9005)
- matt black (MAT 9005)
- chrome
In addition, it is possible to order sets in colours from our sample book. Currently, the valve offer includes all single-coat colors from the Terma palette, i.e. all RAL colors in the basic version (gloss), most special colors, as well as RAL colors in the matt and deep matt version: Soft 9005, Soft 7047 and Matt 7016. We have also included Premium colors (wet paints) in the valve offer.
